    • 2020 - General Certificate in Online Counselling and Psychotherapy - ACTO registered

    • Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP) Levels 1 and 2.

    • Theraplay® @ Level 1.

    • Children’s Accelerated Trauma Treatment (C.A.T.T.) level 3.

    • Mental Health First Aid.

    • PTTLS Further education, lifelong learning and family learning teacher.

    • Safeguarding and prevent training is regularly updated.

    • As part of the therapist code of conduct for BADth and Health & Care Professions Council (HCPC) I have ongoing regular supervision.

My EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • September 2019 – delivered workshop at the BADth conference on trauma and resilience entitled “Crossing the divide:  moving from the implicit to the explicit through dramatherapy.

  • August 2019 – presented M-Power Play to Adopt South.

  • 2014 – present: I receive referrals from social services and adoption agencies funded by Adoption Support Fund (ASF).

  • 2013 – 2018: Chair of the CAST supervisor’s forum.

  • 2013- present: School counsellor in inner city primary and secondary schools.

  • 2011 – 2013: Original member of British Association of Dramatherapists (BADth) Equality and Diversity subcommittee.

  • 2006 - present: Clinical supervisor working with NHS practitioners, Charities, Local Authorities, Social Services, Mental Health Organisations and Schools.

  • 1999 – present: Workshop facilitator and speaker at conferences for therapists, professionals and students throughout the year.

  • 1999 -2018: Founder and director of Marvellous Productions a Creative Arts Therapy company and charity.

  • 1996 to present: Psycho-educational projects commissioned by local authorities, universities and charities.
